Job Title: Data Analyst (DA)

Eligibility: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, B.Sc., M.Sc., Life Sciences

Key Responsibilities

Data Curation

• Perform complex data abstraction and interpretation tailored to specific disease and project requirements.
• Actively contribute to team meetings and learning sessions.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of medical terminology and expertise in electronic medical records and data capture systems.
• Report activities such as time spent on records, completed audits, and other relevant details to Operations and QA management teams.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure compliance with quality standards outlined in the QA plan (e.g., >95% accuracy or higher, depending on the project).
• Address feedback from Quality Analysts and reconcile errors promptly.
• Participate in quarterly Inter-Rater Reliability (IRR) assessments.

Special Projects

• Lead or collaborate on special projects and client-specific initiatives as assigned by the team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or Pharmacy (BSc/MSc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D).
• Experience: 0-1 year of experience in data abstraction.
• Skills: Proficiency in computer applications, strong communication skills (written and verbal).
