Himalaya Wellness Company is seeking enthusiastic and skilled professionals to join its Clinical Operations team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking clinical studies validating the safety and efficacy of Himalaya’s products.

Key Responsibilities

As a CRA/Sr. CRA – Clinical Operations, your primary duties will include:

  1. Conducting clinical study monitoring to ensure compliance with protocols, regulatory guidelines, and SOPs.
  2. Coordinating with investigators and site staff to ensure smooth trial execution.
  3. Documenting all trial activities, including case report forms and monitoring reports.
  4. Monitoring site performance and data quality to meet project timelines.
  5. Supporting site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities.
  6. Resolving data discrepancies, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining trial integrity.
  7. Collaborating with Clinical Operations teams to enhance study efficiency.
  8. Communicating effectively with stakeholders and providing regular study progress updates.

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, candidates must have:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science or Pharmacy (B.Sc., B.Pharm, BDS, M.Sc., M.Pharm, Pharm.D).
  • 2–3 years of clinical study monitoring experience with a sponsor or CRO.
  • Experience as a “study site coordinator” in clinical operations at reputable institutes (preferred).

Required Skills

The ideal candidate should demonstrate:

  1. In-depth knowledge of clinical research processes and ICH-GCP guidelines.
  2. Strong organizational and time management skills for handling multiple sites and studies.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building effective relationships with site staff, investigators, and cross-functional teams.
  4. Attention to detail for ensuring data accuracy and protocol adherence.
  5. Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to address trial-related challenges.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office tools for documentation and reporting.
