🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- ✅ Validate cases by ensuring the minimum criteria for case creation are met.
- 📋 Gain expertise in patient safety processes, including regulatory requirements for reporting Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSR).
- ⚠️ Identify and categorize serious adverse events (SAEs), along with special scenarios like lack of efficacy, pregnancy, and product quality complaints.
- 🧬 Perform medical coding for adverse events, medical history, lab results, and indications using standardized medical dictionaries such as MedDRA.
- 📝 Draft comprehensive case narratives for accurate and compliant reporting.
📚 Position 2: Pharmacovigilance Executive – Literature Triage
📍 Location: Pune (Work from Office)
💸 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
🧑💻 Experience: 1-2 years
🎓 Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- 📥 Download and triage literature cases (L2A, MLM, ASPRs, etc.) to assess validity.
- 🔍 Ensure accurate case creation by confirming the minimum criteria from literature reports.
- 📖 Search for full-text articles and ensure precise documentation of relevant cases.
- 🔄 Conduct duplicate searches for ICSRs in the safety database.
- 📧 Raise and track follow-ups for ICSRs when necessary.
